WARRANTY & LIMITED LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Should your Eronotix product fail due to manufacturing defects, Eronotix LLC will repair or replace it or its defective parts free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty only applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Our warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from any sort of accident or incident that occurs while flying (e.g. hard impact, water damage, broken or tangled lines, a kite destroyed by high winds). It also does not cover any defect or failure caused by mishandling or operation of the product outside the scope of its specifications, or any other cause not covered by this warranty in any case. By using our products, you accept full responsibility for their use and agree that Eronotix LLC will not be legally held responsible for any injury or damage incurred due to the use of this product nor any malfunction whatsoever that this product may have, whether or not the product is good or defective.
