SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Eronotix currently only ships to customers located in the United States. We do not insure our shipments. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping costs both ways (i.e. the customer pays all shipping costs associated with returns), no questions asked. Such goods must be received within 14 days. Simply contact Eronotix to initiate a return. Unfortunately, Eronotix cannot under any circumstances accept a return on an item that has been used.
