Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are the LEDs on Kite Alti visible during the day?

for use any time of day. Mode 11 of the standard firmware turns the lights off but continues logging.
Q: I damaged the case on my Kite Alti, can I buy replacement parts for the altimeter?
A: Absolutely, just go to the Eronotix Store.
Q: How long does the altimeter take to recharge?
A: Kite Alti can be recharged in around 45 minutes.
Q: How much battery life does this kite get?
A: The battery life of Kite Alti depends on which settings are being used and how it is flown. Generally speaking
around 45 minutes of flight should be possible on a full charge.
Q: Is Kite Alti waterproof?
A: No it is not, and exposure to water should be avoided at all costs.
Q: How high can the altimeter measure altitude?
A: Kite Alti can measure altitude with full accuracy up to 30,000 feet, which would break the current record for
the highest flight of any kite in history.
